Dear Sir, Sigmed wanted to start a new unit to manufacture disposable syringes from 1 ml to 2 ml,3 ml ,5 ml ,20 ml 50 ml and to 100 ml including insulin syringes. Disposable needles of various gauges from 14 to 30 which can be used from pediatrics to geriatrics from 1 ml to 100 ml syringes. The viability of needle manufacturing is not suited the raw needles which can be assembled in our own premises the procedure and source. Syringe manufacturing to assembling in-line compatible automatic machinery. Automatic sterile blister packing machinery surgical mask and hand glouse manufacturing machinery. We wanted to produce 50 million units minimum in a month.
