Shanghai Industrial Investment (Holding) Co., Ltd. ("SIIC") is a commercial conglomerate wholly-owned by the Shanghai Municipal Government. It has under its umbrella a number of listed companies with subsidiaries in different parts of China and overseas. Over the years, SIIC has established a global business network spanning North America, Japan, Europe, CommonSIIC Shanghai International Trade(Group) Co. Ltd.alth of Independent States, Oceania, South Africa, Southeast Asia, South America and Middle East. Each of these nine regional centres is controlled by a semi-autonomous regional headquarters which ultimately reports to SIIC. SIIC Shanghai International Trade (Group) Co., Ltd is a direct subsidiary group of SIIC.
