Since 1994, Sino Trade Rescue principals at STR have been conducting successful trade between China and the rest of the world. They have over 15 years of experience sourcing, negotiating, pricing and managing the logistics for transactions related to steel, medical, consumer goods, construction materials and eco-technology, to name a few diverse industries. In addition to trade experience, the principals have held high positions in international companies such as Bowne, Lionbridge, Bank of America and Bank of China. They have concluded joint ventures, managed intellectual property licensing, and inspected hundreds of factories. Living and working in China, the USA, Europe and Africa, they know China from the inside and understand the challenges on the outside. In 2006, the principals decided there was a critical need for a service to help international companies and Chinese counterparts quickly solve negotiation, documentation, payment and logistics challenges which often occur late in the transaction cycle. Many companies offered good import-export services, but none specialized in solving the critical last pieces which can make or break the deal, especially for the increasing number of international companies choosing to work directly with Chinese manufacturers. A company that understood the workings of large international corporations, could get the work done on the ground in China, and offer professional project management and client communication was needed. A company to bridge the gap between the online sourcing and offline negotiation realities. Sino-Trade Rescue was born. The company is headquartered in Hong Kong and operates throughout mainland China. The trade name "Sino-Trade Rescue" is registered under our Hong Kong company, Sun Talent International Limited.
