SKAT Surfboards has been established to provide the surfing market with quality surfboards of all shapes and sizes. SKAT Surfboards Team Manager is DAVE NEILSON, a champion aerial surfer who has surfed all over the world and won numerous competitions. He is sponsored by OP, Etnies, Smithsunnies, Scheky and SKAT. Dave is currently leading the Australian Open Surf Competition. He has been in many surf videos and surf-related TV Shows in Australia. Dave is known for his ridiculous haircuts, his tattoos and his great drinking ability! Also on our Team is ANDREW MOONEY, an up-and-coming young Australian surfer who is sponsored by Etnies, Smithsunnies and of course SKAT, and he is heading overseas to compete this year. Our surfboards are professionally shaped by Matt Hurworth, who is also a champion surfer and sponsored by OP. Matt designs our boards with leading edge technology and they are finnished to the highest standard.
