SMAP Pkg & Mfg Sdn Bhd was established in year 1996, is a manufacturer specialized in producing plastic related packaging products.

SMAP Manufacturing And Packaging Sdn Bhd manufacturing vacuum forming trays for Electronic & Electrical industries, trays for food packaging & household items.
Blister-shell & clam-shell packaging is also one of our main product.

A wide range of materials being used to produce the above packaging trays, including Apet, PVC, PP, HDPE, HIPS, etc.
Anti-static and conductive material is available to meet ESD requirements.
Specialty materials could be arranged upon request.

In addition, we provide Contract Packing Service, customers may provide their products and we will do the design and fabricate the mould. Customer products will be final packed using either blister-shell or clam-shell.
Sealing using ultrasonic or heat seal methods also available depending on the customer requirement.

SMAP also able to supply PP cut sheets for making stationary files and folders.
We have own extrusion facilities which can produce variety PP sheet with different surface finishing, thickness and colors.
Surface finishing for PP sheets can be sandy emboss, mirror finishing, etc
