The International JSociety Prenal of Fitness is published by Society Press on behalf of the Fitness Society of India. It is a peer reviewed journal published biannually. A board of thirty five professionals from eighteen countries manages this journal. The first issue was released in July 2005 and the tenth issue has been released on 1st January 2010. The journal finds place in around 80% institutions/university departments of physical education in India. It is circulated in more than twenty countries. This is the only scientific journal dedicated to fitness research in the world. This is indexed in the databases of Physical Education Digest, SPONET, EBSCO, Index Copernicus, SportDiscus and SIRC. The language of the journal is English and is published in India.
