Solacia has contributed greatly to the development of Korea`s economy through the market expansion of 3G WCDMA in the mobile communication field. Domestic development and commercialization of Solacia Inc. USIM combi-card, the first in the world that has various built-in convergence service applications such as WCDMA-based USIM functions, mobile banking, and prepaid e-money for transportation use, has offset consumer dependence on imported technology.

We are currently focusing on the development of mobile B2C and B2B services based on the large- capacity,all inone USIM card,and have acquired a number of related patents.Smart Card Laboratory is an exclusive developer of the large-capacity USIM platform,which has been the subject of strategic national technology development in the embeddeds of tware of Korea.

Solacia is specializing in the convergence of communication and finance of today and tomorrow. Through data encryption, Dual-USIM cards can realize individual identification while enabling high capacity video/data transmission and use of transportation, finance, and other services. The Dual-USIM technology was commercialized for the first time in the world by Solacia in 2006 and a regulation has been established mandating the technology to be installed on WCDMA, HSDPA and WIMAX Devices. These solutions are based on Global Platform.
