The bearing reducer, that is sold under the trade mark TwinSpin, belongs to the main production program of the company SPINEA, ***** It represents an original Slovak solution in the field of advanced technologies that has been developed by a highly qualified team of the company SPINEA, *****, and it is protected by worldwide patent. TwinSpin represents a new generation of a backlash-free high-precision reducer with radial-axial bearings implemented inside a supporting element. The name "bearing reducer" designates the full integration of high-precision reduction gear and high-precision radial-axial bearing in a compact unit. This new transmission system allows the utilization of the bearing reducer TwinSpin in robotics and automation, machine tools, measuring equipments, navigation systems, in the aircraft industry, in military and medicine field, in wood-working field, in printer?s branch, in machines for textile industry and glass treatment, in filling machines, etc. In december 1999 SPINEA complied with international criteria and it was awarded by the certificate ISO 9001 issued by the International Certification Company RWTUV. ISO 9001. It declares the quality not only in the production, but also in the development and the whole management. It is a very important appraisal considering the fact that SPINEA was awarded by this certificate only two years after the initiation of its production. In november 2002 SPINEA passed through the procedure of recertification according to EN ISC 9001:2000 and it received the certificate ISO 9001:2000.
