Sujay Enterprises founded in the year 1982 is a renowned establishment in Belgaum, Karnataka India engaged in manufacturing Grey Iron, S.G Iron & Aluminum Alloy Castings. The basic policy at

SE is engaged in manufacturing equipments and spares for core industrial sectors like Railways, Thermal Power, Mining, Cement, Material Handling, Defense, Sugar & Textile. Dedicated workforce & desirable cutting edge technology facilitate us to deliver components that are accurate in their dimension. We offer comprehensive range of products that are rough and fully machined components, which are strictly in compliance with the International standards. We sustain & grow immensely in this competitive environment due to our commitment to delivery schedule and forte to gain customer satisfaction.  SE has a cumulative installed production capacity of 3000 MT per annum. In order to add value and give better service to our customers, SE has installed a modern machine shop facility. Components are supplied in fully machined or semi-finished condition depending upon our customer?s requirement. SE has deployed 6 CNC machines (VMCs and HMCs) of makes like Brother, Argo, Hartford, Makino & Aries. We use hydraulic / pneumatic fixtures required for machining operations. With stringent process control measures at casting stage and machining stage, our defect rate at customer end is less than 100ppm. SE has the capability to offer fully machined components with diameter tolerance of +/- 10 microns and angular tolerance of +/- 0.1 degree. Run out are controlled within 0.03mm.
