Company Description

SUN WISE IND CO. was the predecessor of Sun Wise Ind. Ltd. SUN WISE Ind. Ltd. were established in 1986 in Hong Kong. We designed and manufactured hardware and brass products in 80's and 90's in Hong Kong.

In 2000, we cooperated with the Chinese company to set up SMT plant in Shenzhen to manufacture electronic finished product.
We have six SMT lines for SMD and an assembly production line. We have the QC facilities such as AOI, X-ray for BGA and solder paste monitor to make sure our PCBA's product quality is up to our client's requirement.

We also have a rigorous purchasing team to source the good quality of electronic component to prevent from any defect possibility of the finish product.

OEM/ODM product development is another professional service. Our engineering team develops the OEM and ODM products based on our client requirement. Our team has a good experience to design the circuit schematic diagram, Gerber file and firmware to meet our client's product functions.

Besides, we also have an external casing design team to prepare the PROEng 3D file and fabricate the handmade plastic shell for the PCBA. Our client, therefore, no need to worry about the casing design. We provide a complete service for our clients from a smallest capacitor sourcing to the casing design and fabrication.

In order to provide the best quality of goods to our clients, we are very concern of our production lines maintenance and calibrate our QC facilities to make sure the output product to fulfill the standard of our client requirement.
