To give you a brief introduction of SunjeSunjewels Internationalls, our company today is a corporation having 650 employees and an annual capacity to manufacture over 6, 00, 000 pieces. Also our factory is designed by Japanese consultants using Kaizen system for production and cellular manufacturing, the system which has been followed by very successful company such as Toyota. These systems enable lean manufacturing and one piece flow. This reduces the WIP, reduces the lead time, and we can manufacture smaller orders as easily as larger orders. We have a team over 40 in-house skilled designers and model makers who create designs for different market. All our designs and models are produced on CAD/CAM. This skill is continuously honed with the repeated visits of consultants from all over the world. In a thrust to provide finest jewellery to our customers, we have focused on product quality right since inception. We work with diamonds in sizes mainly from 0.70mm � 0.90mm diameter. These single cut diamonds provide a big look for the actual diamond weight present in the piece. Diamonds & colorstones set in fine quality silver has also emerged as a winning category with our customers We have separate factories and operations for our clients where one unit is dedicated towards designer companies. We understand the requirements of such a company in areas of product development, quality standards, maintaining intellectual property and deliverables. As one of the pioneering companies to set stones in wax, our strength is to make products with fine micropavé-setting. Our skills in wax-setting diamonds in pavé style are exceptional to the level that jewellers assume that the diamonds have been hand-set in metal. We are very capable in high-quality casting of silver and gold, including relatively large surfaces that would normally be stamped. The company has strong sourcing channels for diamonds, precious and semi-precious stones.
