Sunshine Fasteners Pvt Ltd, SUNSHINE FASTENERS PVT. LTD. an ISO 9001:2008 company, is one of the leading stainless steel fasteners manufacturers, based in highly industrialized GUJARAT state of INDIA.
Since inception in 1992, our production plant is set up in 25,000 SQ MTR area, is mainly engaged in producing stainless steel fasteners like BOLTS, SCREWS, HEX NUTS, SQUARE NUTS, ALLEN CAP SCREWS, ALLEN CSK SCREWS, PLAIN WASHERS, SPRING/LOCK WASHERS, STUDS, THREADED BARS, SPECIAL and CUSTOMER SPEC items.
Our strength of 200 highly trained and experienced manpower including Qualified Engineers, Technical Professionals and Sales Team help us to strengthen our large DEALER & OEM network at DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL level.
Our production capacity of around 425 tons/months helps us to achieve more than 60crs turnover in last financial year. With the future expansion plans of HOT DIP GALVANIZING, TUBE ANNEALING PROCESS and HOT FORGE UNIT, SUNSHINE FASTENERS is in plan to increase production capacity to 600 tons/months and 100crs turnover in next financial year.
Our products, SPL (GRADE 304 & 316) and CHI (GRADE 202) help us to achieve and maintain our motto;
