SURYA ROSHNI LIMITED, one of the largest manufacturers of Prime quality CS ERW Black and Galvanised Pipes in the size range of 0.5" NB to 16" NB with wall thickness ranging from 2 mm to 10 mm, is functioning since 1973. SURYA ROSHNI LIMITED possess six BIS licenses viz., IS: 1978, IS: 3589, IS; 1239, IS: 4270, IS: 9295, IS: 1161. Apart from BIS licenses, SURYA ROSHNI LTD., also enjoys the confidence of API Authorities and have been possessing API-5L licence to mark API Monogram on its products for the last 12 years. Ours is an ISO-9002 accredited Public Limited Company which is a self-explanatory illustration of our untiring endeavor to adhere to the world class quality control measures up to the entire satisfaction of our valued customers. Our products are put to a series of stringent quality control tests before being considered fit for supply. Our products are automatically non-destructively tested with latest electronic equipment like Eddy Current Tester and Ultrasonic Testing machine. We have manufactured and supplied thousands of kilometers of line pipes conforming to API-5L up to Grade-A, B, X-46 & X-60 and IS: 1978 to various prestigious Oil and Gas Sector Organizations. Our valued customers in Oil and Gas Sector include IOCL, HPCL, BPCL, OIL, GAIL, CRL, MRPL, MRL, BRPL, NRL, PETRONET CCK LTD, all Refineries in India, IBP, Bharat Shell, Gujarat Gas Co., Haldia Petrochemicals, IPCL, Reliance Petroleum, Essar, etc. Apart from Oil and Gas Sector, we have been supplying a huge volume of ERW pipes to State PHEDs, Railways, Irrigation Departments, DOT, SAIL, Electricity Boards, NTPC, Defence, CGWS, etc.Our products are regularly inspected by premier Third Party Inspection Agencies and Consultants viz.,, EIL, DNV, Lloyds, IRS, Tata Projects, SAIL, NTPC, Bureau Veritas, RITES, Bax Counsel, SGS, MECON, PDIL, DGS&D, etc.At present, with 7 Mills installed, we are manufacturing/despatching on an average 18000 M.T. of our produce per month with an annual turn over of Rs.1200 Cr
