SUZHOUDOUSON DRILLING &PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT CO., LTD(herein referred to as DOUSON)specializes in designing and producingÂ forged material, Suzhou Douson Drilling & Productionllhead equipment( API 6A valves), API 6D pipe line valves, x-mas tree, manifold and fracturing equipment in China. Our company was established in 2001 and locates in Jiangsu province China.Â It is a joint venture. The foreign investor is Baoforging Machinery Inc. in Huston USA. Now, Suzhou Douson Drilling & Production Equipment Co., Ltd has three branch factories: Suzhou Douson Valve Co.,Ltd; Suzhou Douson Oil and Gas Engineering Co.,Ltd; Suzhou Baoforging Co.,Ltd. We Douson totally has 4 plants from forging, heat treatment, CNC machining, welding, assembly, test (material inward test and products test such as MT, UT,PT, pressure test â€¦) to marking and packing.Â All of our products are designed and produced according to international standards such as API, ASTMâ€¦
We Douson have import&export right and complete quality management system. We can also produce products according to customers design.Â We have strong design ability. All of ourÂ 150 design engineers are very experienced, and most of them have been working in Douson over 5 years. We have adopted SAP software for company management. And we have the approved certificationsÂ such asÂ ISO9001, API6A, API6D, API16Aâ€¦Â
Douson insists on implementation of technology-oriented, and internationalized development strategy. We have many national patented products. Many of our products are accepted by Shell company, China National Petroleum Corporation(CNPC), Sinopec, and China National Offshore oil Corporation(CNOOC). What's more, 80% of our products are exported to United states, Brazil, Spain, England, Australia, Canada, Middle-Eastâ€¦
