     Swire Manhattan Trading is a Philippine company based in Quezon City, which distributes
Storage Media, Beddings, Shelvings, Gifts and Toy products. Swire Manhattan Trading was awarded
the sole distributorship for Anne Geddes plush collection in the Philippines last May 2002.
