  SOYAPLEX G and sp are 100% insoluble nitrogen and organic which is slow release naturally.  So T J Gear product contains 100% slow release nitrogen. Our phosphors is also non leaching and less than 1% and insoluble.  The rates we suggest for landscapes is low because the plant utilizes about 90+% of available nutrients. Whereas with synthetics the plant utilizes less than 1/2.  In addition we have 15 L-amino acids which aids in plant growth and health, which other fertilizers, even organics, do not have.   We also have a number of other trace elements.  Because of the carbohydrates the product acts as a humectants which will help to reduce watering requirement.
  Our applications rates would place .5 to 1.5 pounds of nitrogen per 1000 sf.  Our product contains no meat or animal compounds, so the risk of burn is eliminated. Since our nitrogen is 100% plant protein, unlike organics made from meat and animal components, there is no health concerns for pets and aquatic animals should there be a spill.
