�Talentos� � Basically a marketing company, was started in the year 2005 with a motto to meet the needs of the people with a variety of products and services. Generally, marketing involves the flow of a particular product from the manufacturer to the end consumer with several intermediaries in betTalentos Tradersen. A Service oriented Marketing is different from a goods oriented marketing on several counts: the purchase is intangible, depends on the reputation of one person, difficult to compare quality, and is non-returnable. Talentos aims to combine both marketing of products as well as services under their field of marketing operations. Talentos lays great stress on relationships and also on value. However, it is worthwhile to remember that several of the concepts, as also many of the particular techniques, will work equally well whether they are aimed at products or services. Developing a strategy for marketing of products or services, is much the same - involving selection of a target market and preparing a marketing mix. Talentos is principally a partnership firm headed by P. Vijay Kumar, who has a marketing experience of over 22 years in the senior management cadre with a Government of India organization. The firm is well supported by his wife Mrs. Mani Mozhi Vijay Kumar and their son Avinash, who are both partners in Talentos.
