Tamkar industrial group is an active group involving in designing engineering and manufacturing industrial machinery& equipments& execution of EPC projects which have been established in 1988& successfully, handling remarkable projects regarding steel, gas, petroleum, petrochemical marine, cement and earthenware industries by support of qualified experts, engineers and labors engaged in the cited projects. tamkar however proud of accomplishing some excellent projects such as making some gears up to 10m diameter. the main factory called Tamkar, is situated in Dolat Abad Industrial area, having more than 500 staffs and occupying over 60000 square meter land comprising salons, stores and administrative departments. some parts are as follow:

* Commercial Department:
This department is in charge of covering two main issues: considering local and international markets in which the company can deal with as well as permanent attendance in international activities.

* Engineering& investigation Department:
Here, there are more than 80 Qualified mechanic, industrial, electronic and metallurgy engineers working, constantly, production patronage, plans, designs and drawings.

* Manufacturing Department:
A- Light and heavy machining
Containing the following machinery:
Different kinds of lathe machinery with 16m long& 2m Diameter.
Different kinds of boring machinery having 12 meters long and 60tons weight.
Different kinds of Carousel machinery with 5.2m diameter& 20tons weight.
Different kinds of Planer-type milling machinery having 6m long.
Gear machinery creating gears 9500mm.
Special lathe for machining of ball up to 4m diameter& 15tons weight in the ball valve.

B- Assembly (Fit up)
Containing the following machinery:
Different kinds of CNC cutting machinery, Plasma and rail machinery.
Different kinds of welding units including SAW, GMAW, SMAW.
Heat treatment skills with 14m Length, 5 m Width, 7m Height, 150tons weight having facility of Anile heat treatment.
Rolling mill for rolling plates up to 3m width and 60mm thickness.

C- Finishing operation

* Quality Control Department:
This department include the below services:
Quality control of Enter material& active Stations.
Doing calibration of test and measurement tools.
Providing all required documents relating to quality control of products.

Tamkar Gas Equipment Company
This factory is designing, manufacturing and running CNG stations under the license of Green Field Company.

Faradeed Meehan Company:
This company is manufacturing, engineering and designing equipments for Hydro mechanic dams irrigation networks and trap-doors of sewage refinery.

Tamkar Sang Company:
This company is manufacturing Gang Saw machinery both cutting and polishing under Breton License from Italy.

Shine company:
This company is making two variable electromagnetic electromotor having 1HP up to 50HP scope. Magnetic clutch brake 0.5- 25HP manufacturing of pneumatic turbine compressor separator for industry.

Petro Kav Arian Company:
This company is manufacturing&b designing Heat transducers, under pressure containers for storage in gas, petroleum, petrochemical, marine, electricity stations projects.

Foulad Akhgar Foundry industrial company:
This company is producing variety of alloy steels by having 3000 tons capacity, manufacturing of supper alloy, reformer tube for petrochemical& steel industrial, Roller for different kinds industrial& seam less tube size 1-5 inch for the oil, gas and petrochemical industries.
