Tamog offer a wide range of bespoke support services for Selection, Assessment and Development, Performance and Appraisal, Job analysis, values and competency design and the integration of competencies into performance management.


Our work is led by our Chief Business psychologist, Steve Whiddett (Chair of the Association of Business Psychologists) who has more than 25 years of national and international consulting experience in these areas. We draw on best practice, much of which we have influenced or helped define, e.g. the CIPD handbooks on motivation and competencies and the CIPD Competencies Toolkit were written by Steve and his co-director Sarah Hollyforde. Steve also co-authored the CIPD Assessment and Development Centres Toolkit.
