Company Description

Tashin Steel Sdn Bhd(TSSB) started operation in October 1999. Beginning as a trading company for slit coils, steel pipes and steel plates etc, TSSB then expanded it's operation to processing of steel mother coils into slit coils and sheets, manufacturing of steel flat bars, square bars, expanded metals, roofing sheets, cold rolled precision profiles, C&Z purlins etc.

TSSB's steel products are widely utilized and applied in various industries such as automotive, furniture, electronics and electrical, construction and engineering fabrication. Within these range of products, there are detail variations and specifications such as width, thickness, material type and hardness, which TASHIN STEEL SDN. BHD.ble to manufacture to meet our clienteles' requirement.

TSSB has steadily progressed, grew and expecting to continue expanding it's business in the near future.

Our Holding Company:

PRESTAR RESOURCES BHD (PRB) (www.prestar.com.my) Is principally an investment holding company. Its subsidiary and associated companies are mainly engaged in the steel related sector encompassing both manufacturing and trading activities.

PRB's core manufacturing arm is involved in the material handling equipment (MHE) such as wheel-barrow, hand truck, platform truck, steel castor, industrial wheel, steel stamping parts, and others. To further enhance its product range in MHE, PRB also ventured into the manufacturing of all kinds of boltless racks, gondola & pallet racking.

After its successful listing on Bursa Malaysia, PRB had gradually diversified and expanded its activities of subsidiary companies by moving upstream into manufacturing of galvanised highway guardrail, road furniture, slitting and shearing of steel coil, manufacturing of carbon steel pipes, hollow section and etc. Besides that, its subsidiary companies are also involved in the designing and fabricating of metal stamping tools and dies and hot dip galvanising service.
