The company Technoslide (Pty) Ltd was formed in 1998 by management and staff of the now defunct Glacier Bearings SA (Pty) Ltd, consulting in the design, selection and calculation of slide bearings. Under Technoslide (PTY) LTD banner "bear the future", we remain at the forefront of technology in our industry. The products and services presently supplied by our company include: - Design, manufacture and repair of whitemetal bearings Design and manufacture of Civil/structural bearings Composite Self-lubricating Bearings Specialized bronze bearings Fibre reinforced polymer bearings Marine engine spares Head office is situated in Johannesburg with a local branch in Pinetown, KwaZulu Natal. Our European offices are located in Worksop, UK, trading under the name of ABT Ltd (Associated bearing technologies). The markets we serve include Marine, Mining, Petrochemical, Iron & Steel, Automotive, Civil, and materials handling. Technoslide, in its role as an international organization, views itself as a learning organization.
