Teknoser Teknik Seramik Ve Komp. San. Ve Tic. Ltd. Sti. one of the leading manufacturer of ceramic products made up of 99,8 % pure aluminium oxide since 1995 in Istanbul. We have accumulated our more than 10 years experiences on material science and production technics of technical ceramic product.
We supply our alumina products as OEM/spare parts/new project base.
That is ceramic parts for electrostatic powder enamel coating guns, I. E. Flatjet nozzle, deflector, tube, etc.
On the other hand, ceramic crucibles, such as cylindrical, conical, rectangular, tga crucibles are also amoung our main products.
In addition to that ceramic nozzles used in atomizer, pulverizator in agricultural spraying, ceramic seals for pumps are also amoung our product range.
We also produce ceramic parts used in steel bending toolings, which is used to make steel spring, one of the crucial tooling for mattress manufacturer.
