TeleEpoch Limited was established in January 2006, the top technology company which has  strategic investors from America, Taiwan and Hongkong , with administration managers from Bell Lab, Oracle and international famous companies which have more than ten years professional management experience. Through three years high speed development, TeleEpoch presently has about 200 staffs with 2 hundred million RMB sales volume every year. The representative office have been set up in Beijing, Xi'an, Nanjing and Silicon Valley US.  TeleEpoch has obtained some national patents, achieved the national and provincial research funds.
