Terra Semiconductor Inc. has been founded Jan in 2003 as fabless semiconductor company, engaging all research and development stage from product planning to post sale support in aligned with wafer foundry manufacturers, primarily focus on explosively growing flash memory area. Terra`s mission is being a leader of NAND flash memory supplier with technical breakthrough.

In order to achieve it, Terra has it`s own unique technology of NAND flash memory, currently patents pending in several countries around the world and it provides a couple of key features, more net die on wafer using current process technology and faster data transfer rate than current flash memory manufacturers and products respectively.

Most of market research firms forecast CAGR of flash memory is over 20% until 2007 reaching same size market of DRAM, driven by NAND flash memory having over 40% CAGR for same period.
