Textile Fibre Recycling Ltd. recycled cotton is made from reused post consumer cotton waste. We take over all clean textile wastes, cutting wastes from sewing factories and other textile recycling factories like rag suppliers.

We reprocess the waste and return it to its natural, original fiber state. Cotton is sustainable, renewable and recyclable!
We recover 1 million kilogramm of textile wastes every year. These textiles would have otherwise been carried to the landfill sites.

With our work we reduce landfill use and with our recycling method we add value and new life for the waste.
Synthetic fiber products do not decompose and it results in a unique set of problems in the landfill. Cotton garments do decompose, but they also produce methane which contributes to global warming.

Textile fibre recycling reduces pressure on virgin resources and encourages the development of additional markets. Recycled cotton significantly costs less, making it's use attractive to manufacturers of numerous industries. This in turn leads to the development of more markets for reclaimed fibers.

Textile recycling results in less pollution and energy savings. Reclaimed fiber does not have to be thoroughly washed using large volumes of water and it does not need to be re-dyed.

The post-consumer waste we process comes from household resources, e.g. used apparel or home textile products. When recycled, the waste is first separated by type and color then placed into stripping machines that break the fabric into pieces. Fibers are then pulled apart.

Our recycled textile shoddy fibre is used in the nonwoven industries, like felt making, geotextiles, insulation, automotive carpeting, flooring backup, stuffing and so on.
