Company Description

Engr. Roman R. Buenafe, the FaRM&＃039;s Managing Partner,  is a civil and mechanical engineer. He got his degree at the University of the Philippines. He is currently a member of the academe of UP Diliman College of Engineering and the Chief Operating Offcer of Production Synergy Boosters, Inc.  Frank Sta. Ana, is the most Senior Partner of the FaRM. He concurrently sit as President of Revolutionary Solutions Technology and Products Inc., manufacturer of the Masinag Fertilizer. He is Business Administration Graduate major in Finance at the University of the East and is also an Industrial Engineering Graduate. He worked as the Manufacturing Director of MetroLab, Inc. prior to his retirement. He also worked with Pepwipp International, PepsiCO International and was also a Director at Warner Lambert International. Grace Lee is currenlty the chief legal and financial officer of the FaRM. She served as the FaRM&＃039;s managing partner since its creation and has pioneered the creation of a Biomass Swine House in FaRM&＃039;s project in Salao, Batangas.  Leonides M. Aclan is the operation manager of the Salao Site. She is the chief purchasing officer of the company. She also manager the FaRM&＃039;s Laur Manggo Groves and Palay rice fields. Both Laur and Palay projects are ventures of Grace Lee with General Sabino Manlicmot. Cornelio Macapagal, Jr. is the FaRM&＃039;s over all care taker for animal division in Salao, while Saide Bacanggoy is in charge with the sites plants
