Business Objectives
The PakCam Group, Inc. LLC (PGI)is a young multi-national petroleum, precious metals and Iron Ore marketing company headquartered in Illinois and New York, United States. It provides various petroleum, precious metal and Iron Ore services to its clients and also invests in the "hydrocarbon value chain" which includes gathering, processing and transportation of natural gas. PGI also markets natural gas, natural gas liquids and crude oil.
Our Business Objectives are as follows:
•   Optimize recovery of oil and gas resources.
•   Acquire additional lots to increase annual gross output.
•   Participate in downstream projects that add incremental value to base resource.
•   Establish PGI as a competitive and profitable company for all shareholders.
 
Services
Refinery Design Services PGI and its associates will provide the following design services subsequent to obtaining the notice to proceed from the client:
    Assist in engaging a qualified design consultant Assist consultant with obtaining survey of site conditions Oversea design Review construction engineering specifications Design plans, flow and piping diagrams Review equipment and safety specifications
 
Refinery Construction Services Following the completion of the design, PGI and its associates will provide the client with the following services:
    Assist client in putting the bid documents together Assist to advertise and select a construction firm Provide construction services Monitor daily construction Review and resolve construction claims if any Resolve change orders Resolve request for information (RFIs) Analyze and monitor construction schedule Ensure that the work is done within the budget Conduct weekly/monthly progress meetings Monitor and approve progress payments Ensure that safety procedures are followed. Ensure quality assurance of the work Ensure that start-up and commissioning of the refinery is done in accordance with the specifications.

Mansoor Shah
(President)
Mr. Shah is a highly experienced Engineer and skilled professional with over thirty-five years of experience demonstrating supervisory, management, financial, and decision-making skills. He offers outstanding ability to communicate with all types of people and to maintain positive relationships with staff as well as clients.
Mansoor brings along the following experiences:
•   Project Management Construction Engineering Services at the SUI Gas Purification and Booster Plants, Pakistan
•   Project Management - Managed the design-build project of the Multan Fuel Oil Terminal Facilities with Marathon Construction Company, Pakistan
•   Construction Management - Managed the construction scope for Fuel Terminals and facilities for Al Ain/Abu-Dhabi Power Station (United Arab Emirates), with Protech International of Holland
•   Project Management Represented Owner, the Libyan National Oil Corporation in the planning, design, construction, commissioning and start-up of 650km, 30" pipeline, gas and oil separator units, 19 satellite stations, 2 pumping stations, tank farm for refinery terminal, facilities including field offices, residential buildings, MEP and HVAC work in Libya
•   Project Management Project Engineer at the Sui Northern Gas Pipeline, Ltd., Pakistan
•   Material Inspection Pipeline Inspector of the of right-of-way, welding, casting and wrapping on the Sui Gas Transmission Company's pipeline with Spencer Partners, Ltd., Pakistan
•   Program Management Managed various mechanical (Dept of Sanitation) and railroad (CTA Dan Ryan & Blue Lines) projects as senior project manager with URS Construction Svc/OBrien Kreitzberg, New York and Chicago

Ms. Olive Mosah-Essoka
(Executive Vice President)
Ms. Essoka is a career architect with over 20 year experience in space planning, building & facility design and construction, interior design, and has worked with Hospital Systems in New York and other parts of the world. She has tremendous experience and skills in the design and construction of commercial and intuitional facilities.
Olive is a prolific architect who has programmed, designed, managed construction, and done close-outs for commercial, residential and Institutional Facilities. She is very conversant with the application and implementation of all design standards and quality control by various regulatory agencies and organizations within the buildings and construction industries.
 
Olive is an expert negotiator and brings additional skill sets to Universal Petroleum Services, LLC, that are covered under the following capacity:

•   Renovation of the HIV Pediatric and Adult Aids Clinics at the 2nd floor of the Kountz Building at Harlem Hospital,

Mr. Eras Beseka

Eras Beseka has spent most of his life as an Architect in the  construction field. He has designed, built and managed simple to complex multi-million dollar projects through private firms to public projects. Eras worked as Project Manager for Metropolitan Transit Authority in New York, designed and built railway projects for the City of Chicago subway system, managed a multi-billion dollar project for Qatar University Centers, Doha, QATAR and supervised projects for the Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA), just to name a few.
