Thien Loc Joint-Stock Company (TLC) was established in 1992, developing from Phuc Loi plastic and mechanical production workshop. In more than 20 years working in the fields of plastic and mechanical products, Thien Loc Join-stock Company have expanded our production, improved technology in order to bring to our customers the products with excellent quality, services and reasonable prices.
Till now, TLC has become one of the leading manufactures teflon and mechanical fields in Vietnam.
