TI Automotive is divided into three major divisions. The Fuel Systems group has approximently 35% of company sales and the Fluid Carrying Systems group has 50%. Finally the Industrial Group, comprised of VARI-FORM, Walbro Engine Management and Bundy Refrigeration make up the remaining 15%.
Bundy Refrigeration is the global leader in the supply of fluid carrying systems to the world's domestic refrigeration industry. Walbro Engine Management is a technology leader providing a wide range of components and systems to the outdoor poTI Automotiver equipment, industrial, marine, recreational and two-wheel vehicle markets. VARI-FORM manufactures tubular hydroformed structural components for automotive applications.
Over half of TI Automotive's business is attributable to the North American region, around 40% to Europe and the remainder to Asia Pacific and Latin America.
TI Automotive is regionally headquartered in Warren, Michigan, USA and in Oxford, England.
