Commodity: PETRONAS HIGH SPEED DIESEL OR SIMILAR

Origin: Malaysia

Delivey terms: FOB, MALAYSIA.
Loading port: Port Klang, Malaysia.
Destination Port: To be advised by Buyer
Price: FOB USD 535 per MT
Contract Term: Twelve (12) Months with possible rolls and extensions
Quantity:50,000.00 MT per shipment.
Packing: In bulk shipment
Delivery schedule: Within 15 working days from date of
Receipt Documentary Letter Of Credit
From Buyer and subject of the availability
Of Buyer's nominated Vessel

Terms of payments: By Irrevocable, Transferable Confirmed Documentary
Letter Of Credit payable in US Dollar,100% at sight.
Specifations: As per Petronas specification

Validity:7 days from the date of this letter
Other terms & Conditions: To be agreed and stated in the contract aggreement


We hereby confirm under penalty of perjury that the undersigned has full legal authority in representing our party, and our understanding and aggrement to a full non-circumvention, non disclosure and confidentiality between all principal and intermediate parties hereto and herein the scope of all terms within this Letter of Intent.
