• Tongzhou City Zhong Tian Capacitor Parts Co. Ltd is located at Pingchao Town in the northern suburbs of Nantong, a city known as “ China’s First City in the Modern Times”, with the Tongyang canal to the east and No. 204 National Highway, Ningtong and Yantong Expressways to the TongZhou City ZhongTian Capacitor Parts CO., LTDst and the Xinchang railway running through it, only 30 kilometers away from the airport. It is famous for its scenic beauty and convenient transportation. There are more than 200 employees in the company, among whom 20% are professional technical personnel in the aspects of machinery, electronics and chemical industry. It covers an area of 16, 000 M2 with a floor space of 8, 000 M2. The total assets of the company amount to 30 million RMB Yuan. It owns more than 100 sets of presses in different tonnages ranging from 0.8, 2, 6.3, 16, 25, 40, 63, 160, 200, 250, 400 to 500, and over 100 sets of special production & inspection equipment and devices for the manufacture of various kinds of aluminum capacitor cans & covers. The company has accumulated rich experiences in producing capacitor parts for many years and established a complete and perfect quality assurance system. Based upon the certificate of ISO9002 already got, it again achieved the ISO9001-2000 Edition granted by Guangzhou Ceprei Certification Centre in May, 2004. The main products of the company include the whole series of aluminum capacitor cans ranging from Ñ„4 to Ñ„89, and the complete series of riveting type & welding type capacitor covers above Ñ„19 and the other related parts. The present annual production capacity reaches: 600 million pcs of Φ4 to Φ16 stretched aluminum cans ; 100 million pcs of Φ19 to Φ89 extruded aluminum cans and 80 million pcs of covers of different varieties above Φ19. The products are well accepted by Nantong Jianghai Capacitor Co. Ltd. and many other well- known capacitor manufacturers both at home and abroad for a long time.
