TopFrame is an independent surveyor, appraiser and expert. TopFrame Ltd. have more than 10-year experience of work with various types of cargo in Russia, China, Brazil and other countries. Our main purpose is to minimize losses and to save our clients from any problems concerning to their cargo. Besides our standard survey services (quantitative and qualitative cargo inspection, photographing, sealing, sampling etc.), we also set and take off TopGuard device (our invention) that is used for additional cargo protection during transportation or storage, take video and work with liability for shortage.
