TOYO BEAUTY CO.,LTD was established in 1941, it has been involved in the cosmetics-making industry for about 70 years, and is a cosmetic OEM that offers considerable experience and knowledge that has been accumulated over our long history.
In Japan, we maintain 3 factories and 2 laboratories, which allow for flexibility that can meet customer's various needs, including many kind of small-quantity production to mass production.
Supporting the cosmetic making of over 100 companies globally and dealings of that are proof of the height of our commitment to technology and quality. We keep always listening to customer's demand to make suitable products. We will pursue the highest technology which is based on gathering width information to propose the best plan for our customers.

In the research and development department section, our company has evaluation sections (product efficacy, safety, stability, biological efficacy, and so on). We are researching the efficacy of our products on human skin to deliver high quality and safety products by the cosmetic development system that are based on scientific data, so called Evidence Based Cosmetics (EBC). We have three domestic factories that lend us the flexibility to meet various customer needs ranging from a small, variety of products to mass production. Each factory is designed with strong emphasis on hygiene and is based on the GMP indicator for cosmetics.
