Our motto is: "We annihilate rust!" CeBo has over 60 years of experience, working primarily with those in the steel industry. Using natural lanolin as the main ingredient, our unique rust inhibitors (patented), greases, and lubricants are widely used by many industries.

Nov. 1952 The Toyo Pharmaceutical Company is established.
Dec. 1960 Patent for a rust inhibitor using lanolin is acquired.
The trademark "CeBo" is purchased.
Apr. 1985 The Itobashi plant is expanded and a research facility is established.
Oct. 2002 Yoichiro Chiba is appointed Chairman.
Dec. 2007 The company gets ISO9001 certification.
May 2011 We build a reactor vessel for production purposes.
Annual Sales of 400 Million yan.
Our company's export sales are 100 million yan.
We have experience exporting to Korea, China, and Southeast Asia.
