Trans-Invest Corp was once Xavier Management Inc but was bought and is now under new managemen. TIC is head office is still located in Liberia, TRANS-INVESTMENT CORPst Africa. The company has now shift focus a bit, we are now focusing on our new project logging. We will commece full operation of our logging concession in March of 2008.
