Payment term:
  Trust Guarantee Ltd have following payment terms and conditions, buyer shall choice of payment.

1. Irrevocable, transferable 100% payable at sight by world top 50 ranking bank.
PB will be 2% against LC. Insurance will be purchased by Buyer at destination country.

2.70% will be paid by LC and 30%TT, after arrival at destination against SGS certificate of unloading port. PB will be 3% against LC value. Insurance will be purchased by Buyer at destination country.

3. Bayer will issued non operative LC after signed contract, transferable, Seller will start loading without operative LC and finished loading, buyer will inspected then after LC will be activated. This is no any risk of non delivery. So not issued PB. But final LC will be paid at sight.

4.70% will be paid by LC and30% at sight, non operative LC shall be issued after signed contract, and commence to Ship and completed loaded. Then after non operative LC shall be activated.

Price CIF: 220USDMT Nigerian stock and 250USDMT Spain stock

Buyer will visit yard to eyewitness the stock of USED RAILS after signing the contract and issued LC. The contract will be valid from the date of signing until contact period.
