Information about the teak wood:
From: Forest plantation, trees of 16 years minimum.
Cut: Rough squares logs, green cut, as international standard.
Dry: Air or natural.
Specs: Rough squares logs, very little bark (few qty to avoid hits), no defects, only export quality.
Measurement: We use HOPPUS formula, Girth net x Girth net x Length net / 16
Sap discount: 5 CMS in girth.
Moisture: Few days after sawed, air dry.
Teak logs will be arrived to your port with less humidity for trip of more than 30 days so the weight and cbm will be less than loading port in 0.5% to 2% approx.
Payment terms:
By 50% TT in advance. Rest against pre-BL, within 4 labour days.
Inspection: By SGS (fee of $ 350 per container) or similar, at Buyer?s expenses. We accept inspection from Buyer?s representative. All logs must be qualified by inspection at loading time, NO exceptions.
Guarantee: We guarantee our teak wood due we check all the process in situ every day with professional staff.
Transportation: We deliver to any world safe port, by shipping lines only like APL, CMA-CGM, MAERSK, MITSUI, MSC, and TRANSOCEANICA.
Samples: Available free in Guayaquil. Buyer: Please give us your DHL, FEDEX & TNT account number.
Photos: Available on request.
Contract: Available up to 100 FCL.
Validity: Subject to end confirmation.
