We will only look at a dealafter it is completely leased and researched, and seismic shot andreprocessed - in other words, when the deal is ready to drill. Thisallows us to look at a lot of prospects and cherry-pick only thevery best. It is from this pool of completed ready-to-drillprospects that we start the evaluation process. In each prospectselection cycle, we are typically approached to look at 50 to 100oil and gas prospects. We can usually narrow them down to four orfive solid developmental prospects to research and do our duediligence on in great detail. Part of that due diligence processinvolves having the prospect broken down and rebuilt by one or moreindependent geologists. This process will often kill a couple moreof the prospects, and from the remaining set we pick the best oneavailable based on all relevant considerations, including when itwill drill.Thisprocess has allowed us to pick very solid developmental andwell-researched prospects, and has given us a very good trackrecord for over 20 years.
