UGI Engineering Works Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer and exporter of Steel Hot Rolling Mill - TMT Bar Mill, Wire rod Mill, Strip and Structural Section Mills and accessories.

UGI Engineering Works Pvt. Ltd. had started in a humble way and UGI ENGINEERING WORKS PRIVATE LIMITEDnt on adding Fabrication & Manufacturing range from mere equipments to now a Turn Key Contract/ Solution Provider, for Steel Hot Rolling Mills, from concept to the stabilization of commercial production and in the way during the past 4 decades, developed the expertise to put in place the best configured Mill for Optimum production and more.

UGI's range of products include: complete Hot Rolling Mill Plants on turnkey basis, Gearboxes and all other Rolling Mill equipments, Steel Melting Solutions etc. as per customer specifications Housing-less Mill Stand, Vertical Stands, Pinion stands, Shearing Machines, Gear Couplings, Mill stands, Roller Bearing stands, Tilting Tables, 'Y' Table, Pushers, Ejectors & gear boxes for Steel, Cement, Sugar, Power and chemical industries .

We undertake supply of Rolling Mills of 25,000 - 5,00,000 tons per annum capacity on turnkey basis from conception to commissioning, to suit the specific need of the customer. We design the plant on the basis of tonnage output and product mix desired, the size & type of input material and the extent of automation required by the customer, be it a Wire rod, Bar mill or Section mill. Under collaboration with SEAD Steel Technology, Turkey, we are manufacturing bar & rod mill upto 500,000 TPA mill with Slit Rolling Technology.

We supply and provide services for :-
1. Rolling mill - fully custom built to clients requirement.
2. Fully automatic or semi-automatic mills.
3. Bar mill for production of 8 - 40 mm TMT Bar upto 50 t/hr.
4. Wire rod mill for coils, section mill for angle, channel, beams and flats.
5. Gear box and pinion stand for special duly requirement.
6. Turnkey order execution to establish production.
7. Assistance in mill operation and management.
8. Revamping of existing mills for improved performance.
