Giza Plastics Company has been established in 2001, is a joint stock company located in 6th of October city. The production capacity is stands at 13,000 tons of cable grade PVC compounds and other applications like shoes, hoses and profiles per annum.
The company has full automation of material handling and processing eliminating the risk of contamination of the finished products.
The company has accurate United Group Ltdighing and dosing system, guarantees quality and consistency.
The company has bulk handling facilities, which provides continuity and uniformity of the product in application.
The company has meticulous quality control system, backed-up by well-equipped laboratory for testing and monitoring the properties of the incoming raw materials and the finished products.
The company has highly qualified stuff with a long experience in manufacturing and formulation of PVC-compounds suitable for various cable applications with total number around 70 employees.
The company is fully compliance to British and other widely acceptable international specifications.
The company is highly developed and optimized formulations which have been found to be most appreciated for a variety of cable applications.
The company's raw materials is mainly local raw materials which is secured and supplied from Egypt and represent about 80% of the total raw materials.
Giza Plastics Company is exporting to many Arab countries such as Saudi Arabia, Syria, Morocco and Lebanon. The volume of exporting is estimated as 5% and the company do it's best to increase this percent through best offers, raw and customer's service.
