Parts run on our production line canrange from small stamped parts, weldments to large parts up to 24feet long. Our batch department includes five production stationsfor electrostatic painting, fluid bed vinyl coating and plastisolcoating.5 Stage Part Wash SystemTo guarantee the most effective bond, we carefully clean all parts,treat with iron-phosphate and seal them in our five-stage automaticin-line washers prior to coating. Smooth and textured surfaces inhigh-gloss to matte finishes are available in a broad range ofcolors to finish most metal products.
