Striving to reach the objective of being an industrialized country by 2020, Vietnam is changing from a rural to an urban society. Industrialization and urban civilization are playing an increasingly important part in daily life. Managing the progress of industrialization in the context of increasing globalization, Vietnam must integrate into the global economy. HoUrban Civilization Development Co. Ltdver, to be successful in integration and to obtain a higher and higher position in the region and the world, Vietnam needs to preserve and enrich its national identity. Enterprises are playing increasingly important role in the process of preservation and broadcasting Vietnamese culture.

CivideC's Mission
Urban Civilizations Development Company Limited (CivideC) was founded to fulfill its business mission: introduce international urban civilizations into Vietnam and broadcast  Vietnamese culture over the world.
Vietnamese culture is not well known or understood outside Vietnam. CivideC helps to preserve and promote the Vietnamese cultural identity within Vietnam and the rest of the world while introducing to Vietnam the best the rest of the world has to offer

CivideC's business philosophy
Guiding all its activities, CivideC has its own business philosophy, that of humanism while balancing conservation and development; competition and cooperation. The importance that CivideC places on achieving the optimum balance of conservation and development is shown by the symbolism of its colors; the green of conservation (of nature) and the red of development (representing fire and civilization). It is also reflected in CivideC's logo and flag.
