Return Policy


We appreciate your business with us and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We assure you that you will be happy dealing with us. Returning an item is valid based on the conditions as follows:




Returns only acceptable for Defective and/or Damaged items only and they must be reported immediately within 3 days of receiving item.


We do not refund the shipping Charges, Labor charge & Restocking fee 20% of the bid amount will be deducted from the refund.


All the items need to be in their original condition, not worn or altered, must consist of the original materials/boxes.



Shipping


We ship & deliver our product almost all over the world. All International and Domestic orders shipped through Registered Post Parcel. If you want the shipping through EMS Speed Post or FedEx International Mail Service, your order will be shipped to a Fed-Ex sorting facility or Speed Post Collection centres (Post Offices) then these packages shipped to your country. The shipping charges for through EMS Speed Post or FedEx International Mail Service are relatively higher than Registered Post Parcel.
