We have the letter of mandate from the seller as well as oil spec sheet, available on request. Contact us if interested and be prepared to issue LOI, upon which we will issue FCO in return. Following these procedures, seller will then begin dialog directly with buyer. For all Venezuela products, end buyer must be registered with PDVSA.
