2008.1  ''SH'' foundation of the company with a yearly production capacity of 80.000 m².
2008.5  A joint venture “VG Technologies Co., Ltd.” was established in collaboration with ocean company.2008.8 Acquisition of the UL certificate of Underwriters Laboratories.
2008.10 Products reach IPC and IEC standards. 

2009.3  ''SH''  became an official supplier of Haier Group.

2009 Yearly capacity of 120.000 m² for double and multilayer circuits reached thru company expansion. 

2010.2  Foundation prototype plant in Shenzhen.
2010.10  ISO14001 & QS9000 qualification achieved.
2011.4  ISO/TS16949:2002 qualification achieved.

2011.6  ''SH'' was awarded with the title of “Strategic Supplier” by Midea Group.

2011 Yearly capacity of 160.000 m² reached.2012 Total capacity of 300.000 m² reached through company expansion.
