Procedures:
1. Buyer issues LOI / icpo with full banking coordinates and permission for a soft probe or bcl
2. Seller issues the fco
3. Buyer signs, seals and returns the fco along with bcl to sellers bank via swift
4. Seller issues draft of contract
6. Buyer signs the draft contract and sends it back to seller
7. Seller signs the final contract and returns it to buyer, along with fee protection agreement (FPA) .
8. Buyer opens rdlc
9. Seller bank issues 2% performance bond (PB) to buyer bank.
10. Delivery and shipment commence
11. Shipment begins no sooner than 15 days and no later than 45 days following acceptable lc
