Vital Pharmaceuticals Sichuan Co., Ltd, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vital BioTech Holdings Limited. Following the public listing of Vital Biotech on the Stock Exchange Hong Kong in 2002, Vital Pharmaceuticals Sichuan becomes part of a public company.The production facility of Vital Sichuan is located in the ChengduCross-StraitTechnologyDevelopmentPark covering about 86,580m2 of land, with a build up area of about 16,000 m2. It operates different types of production workshops to GMP certification, including tablet, capsule, granule and raw materials synthesis.Vital Sichuan has many modern advanced domestic production equipments. Imported modern equipments include: Plasma Emission Spectroscopy, Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy, High Performance Liquid Chromatography and Micro-encapsulation Fluid Bed.Various governments and authorities have granted Vital Sichuan with awards including "High-Tech Enterprise", "Key Superiority Enterprise of Chengdu", "The 50 Most Competitive Industrial Enterprises" and "Bank AAA Credit Rating Enterprise" award.The new raw material workshop is a two-storey building with 1,950 m2 of build up area.The GMP certification issued by State Food and Drug Administration Authority ("SFDA") was granted in 2004. The designed capacity is for 50 tons of product per year.2004 , Vital Sichuan extended the Solid Dosage Workshop, mainly for the production of Osteoform.The annual production capacity can now reach 1 billion capsules.
