They are Title Holders/Sellers - refinery mandates, i.e. we have direct access to petroleum products from various governmental and non-governmental refineries or oil wells, which enables us to obtain product capacity from refineries. Our work is very systematic, our procedures are clearly specified and we regard our cooperation as very serious, prompt and correct.
