Wasion Group is the leading supplier of advanced energy metering products and solution, which was listed in Hong Kong Stock & Exchange Market in 2005. By the end of 2008, Wasion has approx. 2,500 employees, in excess of 1.5 billion RMB net sales. In August 2008, the biggest manufacture base and the most advanced R&D center of electricity meter in China, Wasion Science and Technology Park, was put into operation, with production capacity of 3million units of three-phase electricity meters, 10million units of single-phase meters and 1million units of data collection terminals per year by the end of 2009.

Wasion Group is principally engaged in the development, manufacture of electronic energy meters,water meter,gas meter,data collection terminal, metering system and its service under the brand name of "Wasion". The first electronic three-phase multi-function meter of China was developed and delivered by Wasion in 1994. Until now, totally over 9million Wasion electronic meters Wasion Group Ltd.re installed including 3million units of three-phase meter and 6million units of single-phase meters. In order to be the innovative leader, 5% of annual revenue is invested in R&D and technological innovation. More than 500 R&D engineers are focusing on measurement technology and communication technology to serve domestic and international market.

With more than 30 sales offices in China, the revenue of Wasion Group is increasing significantly with the sales being No.1 in the Chinese domestic market.
