Wenzhou Natural Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. established in 2006, specially in development, producing, sales and service of thermostat and heaters in China.

We have got ISO9001: 2008 certification, our products have got CE, RHOS, Patent, this will make us exclusive supplier of this type products in China, also protect us from the danger of copy from other supplier. We already been long term supplier of ABB, SIEMENS for 6 years.

We have 11 producing lines, 4pcs injection machines, 6pcs stamping machine, 4pcs aging testing machines, 2pcs function testing machines, more than 100 workers, 5000 square meters area, 10 QC, 5 engineers, 15 technicals.

In order to offer the best quality products to our customer, all our products are made of fireproof material, and inside contact are silver, not copper. Another, all our products should pass the half-finished 100% testing and finished 100% testing before delivery. For double guarantee, we use point key controlling during producing process, which monitor quality on time.

The fault rate of our products is controlled within 1/1000. Our warranty is 1 year, within one year, is because of our product quality problem, we will change new for our customer.

We offered OEM and ODM for customers all over the world for 8 years. Our customers cover of 121 countries. We sell our brand and also offer neutral packing, OEM, ODM, we already offered ODM for over 50 customers, which only offer to the customer who ask us to offer ODM, not offer to others. We already build good relation with our ODM customers. Our OEM customers already over 500.

In order to offer best leading time, most of our products are with stock, then can offer small order with stock, for big order, like 50000USD order, the leading time will be 10 days, for 100000USD order, the leading time will be 15 days.
